SUGARWOOD MEET

This meet is at Sugarwood pool, Tuesday, July 9. Meet starts at 6pm. Swimmers should arrive no later than 5:15pm for warm ups. If you have not already done so, please RSVP yes or no for the meet so we can get swimmers seeded for the meet.

Deadline to RSVP for the Sugarwood Meet is 7/6/19 (Saturday), 6pm. Volunteers also need to register at the same time.

CITY MEET 2019

City Meet is the last meet of the 2019 summer season, held at the Allan Jones Aquatic Center at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. City Meet will take place Thursday, July 25 through Saturday, July 27. Preliminaries for swimmers 10-Under will be held on Thursday, July 25. Warm-ups will begin at 1:00 pm, with a meet start time of 3:00 pm. Preliminaries for swimmers 11-Up will be held on Friday, July 26. Warm-ups will begin at 7:00 am, with a meet start time of 9:00 am. Finals will be held on Saturday, July 27. Warm-ups will begin at 7:00 am, with a start time of 9:00 am. Further details on our team tent will be forth coming.

Deadline to RSVP for City Meet is 7/12/19 (Thursday), 12 noon. If you do not register, it will be assumed your swimmer will not swim City Meet.

CITY MEET 2019 – T-SHIRTS

Below is a picture of the T-shirt for City Meet 2019. Cost for each shirt is $15, payable to Gettysvue Swim Team (check or Venmo). The team will write one check to the meet organizer for the T-shirt order. NOTE: There are two different t-shirts: one with names of swimmers 10-Under (Thursday shirt) and one with names of swimmers 11-Up (Friday shirt).

ALL T-SHIRT ORDERS MUST BE PLACED NO LATER THAN 7/12/19 (Thursday), 12 noon.

Please email Christen Willamson ([email protected]) with the following: t-shirt size (youth or adult; Small – XXL); and what day your swimmer is swimming (Thursday 10 and under or Friday,11 and up).
