Please join us for a mandatory parent meeting on Monday, May 18th at The Club at Gettysvue. 

Starting at 5:00 PM, Swim and Tri will be available for suit try-ons/purchase in the main club entrance.

At 5:30 PM, swimmers will join their new assistant coaches for games and ice breakers, while parents will meet with the swim team board members and head coach. The meeting will last about 20 minutes. The meeting is mandatory with paperwork to sign.

Around 6:00 PM, our coaches will host a fun event for any new to the team and rookie 8 and unders and any feeders interested in 8 and unders. There will be advanced swimmers in the water to help if needed.

After the swim across event, the kids will enjoy free swim until 7:30 PM. We will have a second parent meeting at 7:00 PM if needed.

Bring your swimmers and your appetites and join us for a fun afternoon in the pool!

Bring the family and meet you friends for a fun afternoon at Main Event. No structured activities, just decide what you want to play when you arrive. Meet in the lobby at 4pm. 

*Please note that these social events are not a drop off event. A parent must accompany your child. Also, these events are not included in your swim team membership, extra fees apply.

8U will swim from 8:00-8:45am.  They will have 45 minutes to swim 500m.  

9-10 will swim 8:45-9:45am.  They will have 1 hour to swim 1000m.

11Ups will swim 9:45-10:45am.  They will have 1 hour to swim 1650m (one mile!).

Coaches will count their laps.

This is a social event for all ages and families. Please book and reserve your own tickets, we can meet in the lobby. You can sign up so we know who is coming, but it's also ok to just come if you can make it.

All 11 and ups come join us at Top Golf for an afternoon of fun! 

I'll give this event a sign up deadline (July 6), so I have a headcount and can reserve bays and get a rough estimate (but hopefully close) to a price per person as possible. Please be flexible with pricing and timing.Pricing changes with the number of people and bays and timing is based on availablity. After the deadline, I'll communicate with those that are signed up about pricing and what payment will look like. It's estimated to be $25 per bay from 2-4pm, so hopefully the cost will stay relatively low for everyone. Food will be extra as well.
