Glider Olympics & Team Picture this Monday, July 19^th.

We will start the evening with individual pictures at 5:30 and the team picture at 6:00. Swimmers should wear their team suits for pictures.

The Glider Olympics will begin immediately after the pictures. Think pool party meets elementary school field day. The coaches will be dividing everyone into four teams and assigning swimmers to relay style games. Please RSVP on the website by Sunday night, https://gettysvuegliders.swimtopia.com/. I don’t know why but the app is not allowing you to RSVP.

Parents, please let me know if you are available to swim in the parent relay! It will be the last event of the night and the kids absolutely love it. We are bribing you with a free drink ticket or a free Kona ice. I have spoken with a handful of you that have said you are willing to swim. Please confirm even if I have already talked to you. If you have an idea for your parent relay walkout song let me know that too. Bonus points for any group that walks out to Fancy Like with dance moves. 😉

Complimentary hot dogs and chips will be available through the snack bar. Drinks will be available for purchase. 

Finally, show your American pride and dress in red, white, and blue.
