HAPPY SUMMER, Gliders!

Sharks and Minnows is BACK! 

This is a program we implement within the swim team in a way for younger swimmers to meet the older swimmers (similar to bigs/littles).  We will match a younger swimmer (the minnow) to an older swimmer (the shark).  

Before each swim meet, we have found it to be encouraging on both ends for the swimmers to exchange a "little happy" -- this could be a decorated card; a favorite candy; a favorite drink; or just anything fun!  We love to see minnows cheering for their shark during meets -- and vice versa as well.
