It’s Meet Day! Come decked out in Neon for our meet with
Fox Den. 

We still need a 2^nd Shift Finish Judge. Here's the link to signup, https://gettysvuegliders.swimtopia.com/.

It’s going to be HOT. Please hydrate yourself and your
swimmer today and throughout the meet.

Warm-ups will begin at 5:00 pm. Please arrive 15-20 minutes beforehand to prepare your
swimmer(s) to get in the pool. Fox Den will warm-up at 5:30 and the meet will
begin at 6:00 pm.

The heat sheet is attached and available in the SwimTopia App.

We will have hats and stickers available for purchase tonight at the meet. Hats
are $20 and stickers are $2. You can pay with cash, check, or Venmo to
@kristin-barron-6.

Important Reminders:

• Athletes and volunteers are asked to check-in upon arrival. You can pick up a heat
  sheet at check-in. 
• Volunteer worker meeting will be held at 5:30.
• Please make sure your child is at Clerk of Course a few events before the event they are swimming.
• Please write your swimmer's name and age on their shoulder. This is so helpful to our Clerk of Course workers! 
• The snack bar will be offering their buffet of hotdogs, chicken tenders, hamburgers and fries for $14. 
• Don't forget about your shark or minnow! Bring a "little happy" to wish your buddy good luck at the meet!

Tuesday Practice is GAME DAY and DONUTS. Thank you Andy Turner Orthodontics! The 10 & under will have games and donuts from 9:00-10:00 and 11 & up from 10:00-11:00.
