Away meet Thursday at Concord Hills
Hi Team!
We are flying through this season like Superman! Hard to believe we have only 2 more weeks until City Meet!! Here are some reminders for tomorrow's meet at Concord Hills.
Arrival: 5:00 pm
Athlete and Volunteer Check-in: We are asking all volunteers and athletes to check in upon arrival. Sara Allen will have a table set up close to the pool entrance if there is space. Parents, you can check in for your child. Athletes arriving on their own should check in before warmups.
Volunteers still needed! 1 clerk of course (2nd shift) and 1 Stroke & Turn judge (2nd shift). Please reply to this email if you can work these!
Warmups: 5:15 pm
Worker meeting: around 5:30 pm
Meet begins: 6:00 pm
Meet theme: USA
Away team seating: Visitor seating is located on the grass hill outside of the entrance gate. There is also a limited amount of grass area beyond the turn end of our pool. We ask that parents bring their own blankets, chairs and/or tents.
Concessions: Concord Hills will be selling Chick-fil-A sandwiches (regular, regular with no pickles and spicy) chips and drinks for $10. The concession stand will also have candy, water, sodas and Gatorade for sale. They accept payment by either cash or venmo. A Kona Ice Truck will be just outside the pool area which accepts cash and cards as well. All sales will have a percentage that benefits their swim team so they invite everyone to “Eat at the Meet.” Please fill out the google form if you plan to eat.
Parking: Concord Hills pool is located at 10731 Farragut Hills Blvd. They have very limited parking and it will be reserved for only coaches, team officials and handicap individuals. Please park on only one side of the adjacent streets and be sure that you are not blocking a driveway. A map of the subdivision is attached. The pool is in the recreational complex (lower right hand side of the map). The entrance to Concord Hills is from Concord Road — on the bottom left corner of the map.
Remember your Shark or Minnow: Encourage them with a "good luck happy" from their favorite things list and/or meet up to give a high five/pep talk before the meet starts. If you are not attending the meet, please be sure to let your Shark/Minnow know. Find out more by clicking here.

Friday Practice is GAME DAY and DONUTS! –The 10 & unders will have games and donuts from 9:00-10:00, and 11 & ups from 10:00-11:00. Thank you Andy Turner Orthodontics for treating the team to donuts all season long!
Heat sheets will be sent out sometime tomorrow afternoon and you can also pick up a copy when you check in.
