Hi Team!

Believe it or not, our first meet is right around the corner - our annual Black & Gold Meet! Prior to this meet we will also be taking individual and team photos. Please read the details carefully so you don't miss any critical information:

PHOTOS

Individual/Sibling photos - Photos will begin at 4:00pm for individuals and sibling groups. Our photographers will be onsite to answer questions about the digital images and cost. 

Team photo - Swimmers need to be on the pool deck photo-ready by 5:00pm in order to be in the team picture! Meet warm-ups will begin as soon as the team photo is done, so please do your best to arrive on time so we avoid getting delayed.

MEET INFO: 

Swimmers will be divided into two teams - the Black Team and the Gold Team. So our theme for this meet is BLACK & GOLD! Come decked out supporting your team color, have fun with it!

Families should download the SwimTopia app if they have not done so already. Swimmers will RSVP for meets and share any notes with the coaches via the app. RSVPs are due no later than Friday, June 6th.

Volunteers - All families who have a swimmer signed up to participate in the meet MUST fulfill a volunteer shift. As this is an inter-squad meet, our team will be responsible for filling ALL volunteer positions to make this meet run smoothly. So please be sure to sign up for a shift using the SwimTopia app.

Our after party will be at Jeremiah's Italian Ice, 1601 Ebenezer Road

SHARKS & MNNOWS

The Sharks & Minnows buddy program is a fun way for swimmers to get to know their teammates and cheer on their friends. If your swimmer is interested in participating, they will be paired with another member of our team and will be asked to bring a "little happy" to their buddy at each meet. Examples of small treats sharks and minnows have shared in the past include treats, homemade cards, a fun accessory or other small gifts :)

Reminders:

• Athletes and volunteers are asked to check-in upon arrival. You can pick up a heat sheet at check-in.
• Volunteer worker meeting will be held around 5:30ish (whenever photos finish)
• The snack bar will be offering their buffet of hotdogs, chicken tenders, hamburgers and fries for $14.
