Hi Team!

And so here we are! Hard to believe tonight is the night we celebrate our athletes and all they have accomplished this season!. A few reminders about this evening:

• Athletes are encouraged to sit in the banquet hall, adults are welcome to sit on the patio or inside the restaurant while we eat.
• Athlete and one guest are free of charge. Please venmo Stacy $10 (@Stacy-Mead-2) for additional guests who are coming. 
• Athletes will receive City and Smoky awards.
• Coaches will announce additional awards for each age groups: High point, Glider of the Year, Most Improved, etc.  
• Ribbon box will be at banquet for you to check your family file. For those not in attendance, we will leave the ribbon box in the small office in the clubhouse lobby. Feel free to come by at your convenience to pick up.
• City Meet shirts will be available to pick up if you didn't receive yours and ordered one.
• Note cards and pens will be available to write thank you's to our coaches.
• We will end with a fun Slide Show to showcase our amazing season!
