City Meet Information
RSVP deadline is July 10th for City. If you have not already signed up and plan for your child to attend, please do that now. More information about schedules, events, and volunteering will be sent at a later date. If anyone has a business that would like to sponsor our team, please email Jessica Sander at [email protected]. You can view more information about the meet here.
Each year, it's become tradition for us to have a pasta party the night before City meet for each age group. Sign ups are live in app. Please note: we need everyone to bring an item to the party to share! Sign up to bring an item under work shifts.
July 20th- immediately following each practice, kids will be tie dyeing shirts for City meet (but open to the whole team!). Kids will bring their own yellow shirt and $5 to cover supplies. Be on the lookout for more information/sign-ups!
Parking passes for City Meet are available for advance purchase. Passes are $15 per day. To purchase a parking pass, please complete the 2026 City Meet Parking – Gettysvue Gliders form to indicate how many parking passes you are purchasing for each day of City Meet. Once you complete the order form, submit your total payment to Katie McCay (Venmo: @Katie-McCay3, last four digits: 4930) and indicate the date your payment was submitted. The deadline to purchase parking passes is Monday, July 13 (by 11:59pm). Questions about payment can be directed to [email protected] or 901-481-4930.
If you are unsure about purchasing a parking pass for Saturday’s finals, there will be a limited number of passes available on finals day at Alan Jones Aquatic Center for $25. There are also hourly parking options on Volunteer Blvd. and on Todd Helton Dr. through the ParkMobile app. However, with thousands of swimmers and spectators at this meet, you may want to be better safe than sorry!
